Care providers who completed the BCLN training audit in the last few years are asked to complete a questionnaire so that updated information can be collected.
The questionnaire can be completed online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/F8ZT6JS and hard copies are available.
Those who would prefer a face to face discussion can contact BCLN to arrange this.
Some organisations may have been missed last time around, or may be new to the area, and those will also be covered by a visit.
